We can customize our flavors to meet the requirements of the end product taste profile making our customers’ products unique in the marketplace. Our flavors are available in liquid, powder or paste form.

We also manufacture customized liquid acidulant blends, buffered acidulants and combined flavor acid blends. These products are used as pH stabilizers, acidifiers, flavors, flavor enhancers, glazing agents, and preservatives.

In addition to flavors and acidulants, we also offer integrated dry ingredient systems. These functional ingredient systems range in use from commodity replacers such as milk and butter; to value added ingredients like sour cream, yogurt and buttermilk substitutes; to fully functional dry bases including soups, sauces, cheese dips and dressings. The bases are high quality, easy to use, extremely versatile and very cost effective.
